Mail-FromOne of the authentication schemes used by InterNIC. In the mail-from scheme, the email address that is used to send a modification request is compared to the email addresses that are on file for the individuals or organizations who are listed as authorized points of contact/agent for the domain name, the contact, or the host. The mail-from option under the Guardian] plan allows the contact to specify two email addresses, rather than just one, which can help avoid problems with authentication later if one of the email addresses should change.
